Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods for any reason. We offer this policy as we appreciate your order items may not be exactly how you imagined or hoped, although in most cases we are sure they will exceed your expectations.

Your returned items will need to be returned within 28 days of the purchase date and will need to be in perfect original saleable condition. Our policy period is 28 days because we realise you might be busy and its hard to find the time to visit the post office.

We offer a refund or exchange service but we cant refund your original postage cost if you have simply changed your mind.

If you need an alternative as a replacement and your sure we have it (please check website) we will need to ask you to cover the new postage costs. If this is the case please include your card details in the Returns form explained below.

Your goods will need to be in the original packaging and be in perfect unused condition, we don't accept returns if there have any marks so be careful when trying the shoes on. We will also look for any other signs the items may have been used. Please make sure all packaging paper, stickers, spare laces and tags are still attached where necessary as without this the item will not be able to be sold on.

Faulty Goods

We can't accept returns due to excessive wear. Due to the nature of the item we can't be sure what level of abuse the products have been through and therefore will only accept returns if the item has an obvious manufactures fault.

All items returned as faulty will be carefully checked by Motel 6 Skate Shop before confirming if they are indeed faulty. Sometimes we will need to send the goods back to the manufacturer for an additional inspection. This can drag things out a bit and we apologise in advance for this.

The same 28 day policy applies to faulty goods too. Generally if its manufacturers defect something's going to go wrong with them quickly.

How To Make A Return:

  1. Please download the Motel 6 Skate Shop Returns Form
  2. Fill out the Returns Form, let us know who you are, what you are sending back, what's wrong and if you need a refund or exchange.
  3. Send your Returns Form in the post to us, we're not responsible for returns in transit so please use a recorded service to make sure they arrive safely.
  4. We will take care of everything when your goods arrive back and we'll let you know if there's anything we need to talk to you about.
